“ My local O’Charley’s closed down. This one in Aiken, SC was so much better! The new bayou salmon is one of the best salmon dishes I’ve ever eaten. ”
“ I took my mom here for her birthday. The hostess greeted us right away and we did not have to wait long to be seated. It was a relaxing atmosphere. My mom ordered the Filet Minon and I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. They were both amazing. The filet was perfect, it was juicy and tender with alot of flavor. I had my tenders tossed in buffalo sauce , they were large and tasted amazing. I love buffalo chicken and theirs is some of the best I've had. Our server was amazing, she was very tentative and cheerful. I had a great experience and will definitely return. ”

“ Absolutely great restaurant for food allergies! This is our second time coming to O'Charley's since moving to Aiken last year, I have severe food allergies to egg and milk so eating at new places is rather tough and most of the time I don't want to ask about ingredients and options because usually it's a waste of time. We came in right before closing, Jennifer our server/bartender eagerly greeted us and brought our drinks! I decided to ask about the fish and chips, she was unsure of the ingredients so she grabbed her manager Linda. Linda went above and beyond, she took pictures of the batter ingredients and explained that it did contain milk but she had a idea, she checked another batter not used for the fish that did not contain milk and prepared the fish that way! Absolutely amazing! They could've easy said "nope, has milk. Sorry" like most restaurants, but instead they took the meaning of customer service to a whole new level! Thank you Jennifer and thank you Linda! We'll definitely be back more often! ”
